dc.description.abstract | هﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ إﻋﺪاد ﺣﺎﻓﺰ ﺻﻠﺐ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط اﻷﺟﻨﺎس و ﻣﺒﻨﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﻜﻞ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ :ﻣﺴﺎ ﻗﺎﻋﺪة ذات م اﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮن 50 nm ﻳﺘﺠﺎوز ﻗﻄﺮهﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﻮدة ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻈﻢ ﺛﻼﺛﻲ اﻷﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﻜﻮن ﻣﻦ . ﺑﻌﺪ ذﻟﻚ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﻧﻤﻮ ﺑﻠﻮرات اﻟﺰﻳﻮﻻﻳﺖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻄﺢ اﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮن ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻟﺘﺒﻠﻮر اﻟﺤﺮاري اﻟﻤﺎﺋﻲ . ﺳﻮف ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺘﺒﻊ ﻣﺪى ﻧﺠﺎح ﺗﺤﻀﻴﺮ هﺬا اﻟﺤﺎﻓﺰ ﺑﺄﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﺳﺒﻞ ﻓﻴﺰاﺋﻴﻪ آﻴﻤﻴﺎﺋﻴﻪ ﻋﺪﻳﺪﻩ ﻣﺜﻞ اﻟﻤﺠﻬﺮ اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ اﻟﻤﺎﺳﺢ , اﻟﺮﻧﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ اﻟﻨﻮوي ,اﻟﺴﻴﻨﻴﻪ ﺣﻴﻮد اﻷﺷﻌﻪ ,اﻟﺴﻄﺤﻴﻪ ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﻤﺴﺎﺣﻪ , وﺗﻘﺪﻳﺮ ﻧﺴﺒﺔ اﻟﺤﺠﻢ اﻟﺼﻠﺐ ﻟﻠﻤﻮاد اﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﻪ ﻟﻠﺤﺎﻓﺰ . ﺑﻌﺪ ذﻟﻚ ﺳﻮف ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻢ ﻧﺸﺎط اﻟﺤﺎﻓﺰ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺎﻋﻼت ُﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪم ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺟﺰﻳﺌﺎت ذات ﺣﺠﻢ آﺒﻴﺮ ﻣﺜﻞ اﻟﺒﻮﻟﻲ إﺛﻴﻠﻴﻦ ذو اﻟﻜﺜﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻴﻪ .اﻟﺸﻜ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻗﻊ ان ﻞ اﻟﺘﺮآﻴﺒﻲ ﻟﻠﺤﺎﻓﺰ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﺳﺘﻔﺎدة إﻟﻰ ﺣﺪ أآﺒﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﺴﻄﺢ اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻲ ﻟﻠﺰﻳﻮﻻﻳﺖ اﻟﺤﺎﻣﻀﻪ , ﻣﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺆدي إﻟﻰ زﻳﺎدة ﻣﻌﺪل اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ اﻷوﻟﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺳﻠﺴﺔ اﻟﺘﻜﺴﻴﺮ اﻟﺤﻔﺰي ﻟﻠﺒﻼﺳﺘﻴﻚ , وﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻗﻊ أن وﺟﻮد اﻟﻤﺴﺎم ذات اﻷﻗﻄﺎر اﻟﻜﺒﻴﺮﻩ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺆدي إﻟﻰ إﻧﺨﻔﺎض زﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻼﻣﺲ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻟ اﻟﺤﺎﻓﺰ ﻤﺎدة اﻟﻌﻀﻮﻳﺔ و ﺳﻄﺢ , ﻣﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻨﺘﺞ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺗﻘﻠﺺ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﺪل ﺧﻤﻮل اﻟﺤﺎﻓﺰ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﺗﻜﻮﻳﻦ اﻟﻔﺤﻢ )اﻟﻜﻮك ( ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺴﻄﺢ اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻲ ﻟﻠﺤﺎﻓﺰ و اﻟﺬي ﻳﺘﻜﻮن ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ اﻟﺘﻜﺴﺮ اﻟﻤﺘﺰاﻳﺪ ﻟﻠﻤﻮاد اﻟﻬﻴﺪروآﺮﺑﻮﻧﻴﻪ اﻟﺜﻨﺎﺋﻴﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻄﺢ اﻟﺤﺎﻓﺰ. | |
