dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مظاهر الهدر في المواردالتعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية في المدينة المنورة ومستوى الهدر فيها وأبرز محدداته وتحديد الآليات اللازمة لترشيد الإنفاق على الموارد التعليمية التي تعاني من الهدر. the purpose of this study is to identify the aspects of educational resources waste in Madinah secondary schools, to discuss waste level in these schools, the most prominent determinants waste and to develop the educational resources that suffer this waste.
