This SJD dissertation explores Islamic finance and venture capital in Saudi Arabia. It aims to provide practical and alternative financial structures for venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. The dissertation also addresses governance issues from a macro perspective and proposes regulatory solutions based on a comparative analysis of similarly situated jurisdictions.
