On the structure of some groups containing PSL(2,27) and PSL(2,29)

Abstract

In this thesis we will use PSL (2,27) and PSL (2,29) to generate some symmetric and alternative groups. We also use some forms of wreath product containing PSL (2,27) and PSL (2,29) to generate some sysmmetric and alternating groups as well. In chapter four and seven we used some forms of wreath products containing PSL(2,27) and PSL @,29) to generate some symmetric and alternating groups.
