To ease and speed up the process of data entry, this study proposes a computer interaction using speech to text technology and chatbot technology as a mean to do data-entry and system navigation tasks. This way of interaction is highly mobile where it needs only a mic to say the data that needs to be entered. In other words, healthcare providers don’t need to be attached to a mouse and keyboard to enter data. With the help of chatbot’s technology, the interaction becomes intent-based unlike the current interaction which requires healthcare providers to navigate through a multi-layer system.
