Abstract

ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ ﺃﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻧﻮﻣﺘﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﺷﺘﻬﺮﺕ ﻣﺆﺧﺮﺍ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ ﻻﻛﺘﺸﺎﻑ ﻣﺰﺍﻳﺎ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻗﻮﺓ ﺍﻻﺟﻬﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭﻣﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻄﺎﻟﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻣﺰﺍﻳﺎﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻫﻠﺔ .ﻧﻈﺮﺍ ﻟﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺰﺍﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻫﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻤﺘﻠﻜﻬﺎ ﺃﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻧﻮﻣﺘﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺪﺓ ﻣﺠﺎﻻﺕ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻫﻤﻬﺎ ﻣﺠﺎﻝ ﻣﺮﻛﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ . ﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻬﺪﻑ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻭﻳﺔ ﻫﻮ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻧﻤﻮﺫﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻧﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﻛﺒﺎﺕ ﺃﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻧﻮﻣﺘﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻃﺒﻘﺎﺕ ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺎﺕ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻃﺒﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛﺐ .ﺍﻥ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﺤﺘﻮﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ :ﺃﻭﻻ :ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﻣﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺯﺧﻢ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛﺐ .ﺛﺎﻧﻴﺎ: . ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻢ ﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻻﺟﻬﺎﺩ ﻭﺟﺰ ﺍﻻﺟﻬﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﺘﻄﺎﻟﺔﺛﺎﻟﺜﺎ :ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺎﺕ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻃﺒﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛﺐ ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺯﺧﻢ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺛﻢ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﻣﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺎﺿﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺼﻒ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛﺐ .ﺭﺍﺑﻌﺎ :ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻤﺎﺛﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻻﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺍﻻﺳﻄﻮﺍﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﺤﺬﻑ ﺍﻻﺟﻬﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺛﻢ ﺍﺳﺘﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﻣﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻄﺎﻟﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛﺐ .xiv ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﺘﻘﻮﺩﻧﺎ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﺩﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺼﻒ ﻣﻴﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻧﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﻛﺒﺎﺕ ﺃﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺑﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻧﻮﻣﺘﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻃﺒﻘﺎﺕ
