    Impact Of Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Services Within Telecommunication Sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

    Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the telecommunications industry a lot. It's making operations, services, and customer interactions better. AI technology helps to make internal processes more efficient by automating tasks like managing networks, predicting maintenance needs, and allocating resources. This thesis examines the impact of artificial intelligence-enabled services within the telecommunications sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study aims to assess the impact of AI on Saudi Arabian services, evaluating efficiency and transparency for the current and future situation, specifically in the telecommunications sector. From the literature, this thesis uses AI in telecommunications in advanced countries like the United States, the European Union, and Singapore to reach its goals. and then compared to the study results. Hence, key performance indicators were evaluated using quantitative methods. The study was conducted using a survey methodology with 40 decision-makers from the industry. The research's findings add to the quantity of knowledge on artificial intelligence in the telecommunications sector by illuminating challenges and achievements in the sector. The recommendations will help shape the future development of the telecommunications sector and give insight into the most effective approaches for similar initiatives within the wider structure to achieve Vision 2030.
