Abstract
Throughout this work the term group always means a group of finite order. Theorem, let G be miniimal non nilpottent groups, so that G has a normal sylow p-subgroup P for some prime P and G/P is cyclic q-group for some prime q=p. Then G is supersolvable. This result may be considered as generalization of Asaad's result.
