Abstract

An attempt was made to study the occurrence and distribution of some physiologically differed groups of bacteria belonging to mesophilic bacteria, halophilic and/or haloterlerant bacteria. Special media were used for isolation and purification of the above mentioned groups of bacteria. Attempts were made to purify and identify some isolated related to some of the above mentioned group of bacterial.
