Abstract
The present dissertation provides an analytical study method to assist in clarifying the various viewpoints in relation to Saudi Arabia’s international law perspective. This will establish an understanding concerning the association between Saudi Arabia’s application of Sharia and the practice of international laws within its jurisdiction. An examination of Saudi Arabia’s state of affairs will reveal the status quo of the application of international conventions within its borders, whereas a descriptive study will highlight how effectively the government makes use of the concepts of international law. This will enhance the development of insightful information that will guide future studies on this topic and other related subjects
