Abstract
The present dissertation provides an analytical study method to assist in clarifying the
various viewpoints in relation to Saudi Arabia’s international law perspective. This will establish
an understanding concerning the association between Saudi Arabia’s application of Sharia and
the practice of international laws within its jurisdiction. An examination of Saudi Arabia’s state
of affairs will reveal the status quo of the application of international conventions within its
borders, whereas a descriptive study will highlight how effectively the government makes use of
the concepts of international law. This will enhance the development of insightful information
that will guide future studies on this topic and other related subjects
