It is becoming increasingly evident that a wide range of TID programmes are used for the selection of the most talented players in football it is of significant importance to identify, train, and nurture talented players from the early age to ensure financial and sporting survival and success. The review of literature has shown that wholesome examination and careful evaluation of physiological markers can be used in talent identification process in football by applying or using a multi-disciplinary approach. Therefore ,The current literature review has shown that anthropometrical measures or physical performance alone is not enough for talent identification and development. Anthropometrical measures and physiological performance must be considered in conjunction with physical performance.
