| dc.description.abstract | Artificial intelligence comprises features like solving the issue, developing rational judgment, and learning to benefit the legal domain. Settlement of disputes through online means consumes less time and money and gives satisfaction to the disputants. Using AI-based systems for online dispute settlement leads to more effective ways of conflict resolution. This study analyzes the prevailing online dispute settlement methods, available resolutions types, AI techniques to make conflict resolution more efficient, and its application in the legal domain.
