جودة الخدمات الإرشادية وعلاقتها بكفاءة الذات لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بإدارة تعليم جازان
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الخدمات الإرشادية وكفاءة الذات، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في جودة الخدمات الإرشادية وكفاءة الذات التي تعزى للصف الدراسي، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين جودة الخدمات الإرشادية وكفاءة الذات، والتحقق من إمكانية التنبؤ بدرجة كفاءة الذات من خلال جودة الخدمات الإرشادية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بإدارة تعليم جازان.
وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (791) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 1445هـ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، والإجابة عن أسئلته، واختبار صحة الفروض، تم إعداد مقياسي جودة الخدمات الإرشادية وكفاءة الذات، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيًا عن طريق برنامج (SPSS) باستخدام، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، واختبار (ت)، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد.
وأظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع في جودة الخدمات الإرشادية (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) وكفاءة الذات (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في جودة الخدمات الإرشادية (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) وكفاءة الذات (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) تعزى للصف الدراسي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين جودة الخدمات الإرشادية (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) وكفاءة الذات (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية)، وإمكانية التنبؤ بكفاءة الذات من خلال جودة الخدمات الإرشادية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بإدارة تعليم جازان.
The research aimed to identify the level of the quality of counseling services and self-efficacy, and to investigate differences in the quality of counseling services and self-efficacy due to academic level, in addition the research aimed to investigate the relationship between quality of counseling services and self-efficacy, and verifying the possibility of predicting the degree of self-efficacy through the degree of quality of counseling services among high school female students at the education administration of Jazan. The descriptive approach was used, as the study sample consisted of (791) high school female students at the education administration of Jazan, It was selected by random cluster method during the second semester of the academic year 1445 h. In order to achieve the research’s aims.and examine the hypotheses; the scales of quality of counseling services and self-efficacy (prepared by the researcher) were used. The researcher also used (SPSS) to process the data analysis using, Pearson correlation coefficient, one sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that there were high levels of quality of counseling services and self-efficacy among the sample. The results also indicted that there were no significant differences in quality of counseling services and self-efficacy due to academic level. The results also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between quality of counseling services (the general scale and the sub scale) and self-efficacy (the general scale and the sub scale). Finally, the results suggested that quality of counseling services could predict of self-efficacy among high school female students at the education administration of Jazan
