This study aims to highlight the impact of social context on the co-discovery usability testing of e-learning systems. It is evident that in an educational environment every individual belongs to a different social background and students di↵er from each other in terms of their educational level. The current study has selected a primary data collection strategy on the basis of which the real-time experiences of individuals are observed. The findings of the study are used to evaluate the e-learning system, where effectiveness is positively associated with the ease of navigation. Therefore, it is recommended to introduce features in the current e-learning system to reflect the users’ preferences.
