Statistical Modelling and Evaluation for Flow and Precipitation Data in River Dee, UK

Abstract

This thesis was constructed to identify the statistical relationship between the average monthly precipitation and the average flow rates in order to use in the prediction of the future flow events in three climate stations Woodend/Glentanar, MarLodge/Inverey and Polhollick in River Dee, Aberdeenshire UK.
