Abstract

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI), which is also called mild/serious heart attack, is commonly characterized as a cardiovascular ailment. It is life-threatening and sudden blockage of an artery inside the heart. When this happens, the patient might become necrotic and develop myocardial ischemia. This paper is aiming to discuss the most significant genetic association and pleiotropy results, make analytical examination of the pathophysiology of the disease, the risks and all therapeutic approaches for AMI. The study will engage very intensive strategies. It encompasses a thoroughly made inspection of literature in libraries, inquiries into the epidemiological data, and perform probable clinical procedures and trials. The major focus is to determine factors that bring AMI into existence, particularly focusing on the risk of heart diseases and general human genetic predisposition. The study will explore in detail the pathophysiology of AMI, going deeper into the mechanisms that make people get coronary artery blockages, myocardial ischemia, and also tissue damage. The investigation will be looking into the main factors that can cause heart failure which includes atherosclerosis, endothelial dysfunction and thrombosis. This study will be examining the factors that make it risky for people to contract heart disease, its pathophysiology, and how physicians approach the search for treatment for AMI. The aim is to use this dissertation to make proper contribute to collect more information about this serious cardiovascular disease and to inform the masses the effective prevention of the disease and the management strategies.
