dc.description.abstract | Two-step RT-qPCR assay performed for detecting in-vitro transcribed RNA standard based on the original Wuhan target sequence (RdRp gene) by using specific primers and probe sets (RdRp_SARSr (Charite´)). However, the results showed a linear amplification indicates effective RT-qPCR assay targeting RdRp gene sequence. | |
