Abstract Flexible work conditions have become a vital part of the human resource management in any organisation. The significance of offering flexible work conditions in the workplace is that it can enable the employees to balance work and life, which may increase their satisfaction. This research has examined the current literature regarding flexible work conditions and how they can affect the work-life balance and the satisfaction of the employees. Furthermore, in the literature review, the research has explored different types of flexible work conditions and how far they can impact the work-life balance. In addition, a survey was conducted of a sample of employees from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to measure the impact of flexible work conditions on employees’ satisfaction.
