Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) Genetic Risk Score and Mortality in UK Biobank

Abstract

the association between FVC genetic risk score and mortality in UK biobank. the study was looking to examine the association between FVC genetic risk scars and mortality using data from UK biobank. the decrease of FVC has been shown an increasing in mortality but was not clear if the FVC genetic risk score was also associated with mortality. we found association between decrees FVC and genetic scores we created but not with mortality.
