Abstract
الملخَّص
تناولَ هذا البحث جمْعَ ودراسةَ المسائل الأصولية التي استدلَّ عليها الشيخ ابنُ عثيمين بالقرآن الكريم مِن مباحث المقدمات الأصولية إلى مباحث الأدلَّة المتَّفق عليها والمختلَف فيها.
وقد سلكتُ في هذا البحث المنهجَ الاستقرائي التحليلي، القائمَ على جمعِ المسائل الأصولية التي استدلَّ عليها الشيخ ابنُ عثيمين بالقرآن الكريم، ثمَّ دراستها وبيان ما أورده الأصوليون مِن اعتراضاتٍ عليها ما أمكن.
وتناول هذا البحث في مستهله، ترجمةَ الشيخ ابنِ عثيمين ، وجولةً في حياته وسيرته العلمية والعملية، ومنهجَه في تفسيره إلى وفاته، ثُمَ بيانُ مصطلحات هذه الرسالة، لغةً واصطلاحًا، وترجيحُ ما يتعلَّق بمحتوى البحث منها، ثمَّ شرعتُ في مسائل هذا البحث منطلقةً مِن مسائل المقدمات الأصولية، ثمَّ مسائل الأدلَّة المتَّفق عليها وصولًا لمسائل الأدلَّة المختَلَف فيها، بتعريفِ ما تيسَّر مِن مصطلحات هذه المسائل، ثمَّ تصويرُ المسألة وتحرير محل النزاع في المسائل الخلافية منها إنِ احتاجَ المقامُ لذلك، وذِكْرُ ما يثبت حكايةَ الاتفاق في المسائل الوفاقية منها، ثمَّ ذِكْرُ استدلالِ الشيخِ ، وبيانُ وجهِ الدلالة منه، وربطُه بعنوان المسألة ما أمكن، ثمَّ ذِكْرُ ما أوردَه الأصوليونَ مِن اعتراضاتٍ ومناقشاتٍ اتَّسع المقام لذِكْرِها.
ومِن أهم نتائج هذا البحث، التوصُّل لجمعٍ مِن المسائل الأصولية التي استدل لها الشيخُ في تفسيره للقرآن الكريم ، ولا ريبَ بأنَّ الشيخَ موسوعةٌ علميةٌ، لم تقتصرِ استدلالاتُه على المسائل المتعلقة بموضوع عِلم أصول الفِقه، بل استدلَّ لمسائلَ أصولية لها ارتباطٌ بعلم العقيدة، كمسألَتَي تكليفِ الملائكة، وتكليفِ النَّبي التي لم يستدلَّ لها غيره مِن الأصوليين، واستدلاله على مباحث النسخ التي هي مِن المباحث المشتركة بينَ عِلم التفسير وعِلم أصول الفقه، وذلك يدلُّ على سِعة عِلم الشيخ ، ودقَّةِ استنباطه، وتبحُّرِه في شتَّى العلوم الشرعية رحمةَ الأبرار، ونفعنا ببركة عِلمِه.

Abstract
This study examines and compiles the issues in which Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) employed the Qur’an as evidence for principles of Usul al-Fiqh, covering topics from introductory foundational discussions to the study of evidences.
The research adopts an inductive-analytical methodology, based on collecting the foundational issues for which the Shaykh cited Qur’anic evidence, then analyzing them and presenting the objections and discussions raised by other Usul scholars.
At the outset, the study provides a brief biography of Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him), outlining his life, scholarly and practical contributions, and his methodological approach to Qur’anic interpretation up until his passing. It then clarifies the key terms of the thesis linguistically and technically, selecting those most relevant to the research content. The study proceeds to address the issues beginning with foundational preliminaries, followed by agreed-upon evidences, and concluding with disputed evidences. Each issue is introduced by defining its terminology as needed, followed by a conceptual clarification and identification of the point of dispute where applicable. In matters of agreement, statements affirming consensus are presented. The study then discusses the Shaykh’s reasoning, explains the aspect of his inference, and links it to the topic under discussion where possible. This is followed by presenting the objections and critiques offered by Usul scholars, where relevant.
Among the most significant findings of this research is the identification of a number of foundational issues in which the Shaykh uniquely relied on Qur’anic verses not previously cited by other Usul scholars. Undoubtedly, the Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) was a vast encyclopedic scholar. His evidentiary approach was not limited to traditional topics within Usul al-Fiqh; rather, he also derived principles within preliminary discussions related to Aqidah and Qur’anic exegesis. Examples include the issues of the accountability of angels and the accountability of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), for which no other Usul scholars are known to have provided similar Qur’anic derivations. This reflects the breadth of the Shaykh’s knowledge, the precision of his deductions, and his deep mastery across various Islamic and linguistic sciences. May Allah have mercy upon him abundantly and allow us to benefit from his knowledge.
