dc.description.abstract | Identify a suitable sensor to demonstrate the principle design of a quality assurance device for transmission X-ray full-body scanner used for people inspection in Brazil prisons. The purpose of this work is to design and create a simple quality assurance device that can be affordable, simple to produce and operate, and good enough for checking X-ray security equipment to achieve the central concept of radiation protection. This quality assurance device can be used to measure X-ray from security scanning equipment appropriately stably and consistently. Therefore, the silicon PIN diode detector design has discussed as the proper quality assurance device in this project. | |
