dc.description.abstract | Leadership plays a significant role in assuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in ICUs. This showed that bedside nurses know what affects the quality of nursing care due to their daily communication with patients. Patient safety is the responsibility of all healthcare professionals, from the top executives to the frontline nurse; therefore, an effective leadership approach encourages nurses to provide a high quality of nursing care. | |
