Motivation for the Study: This study is motivated by the importance of supply chain management (SCM) in determining a company's effectiveness and competitiveness in the modern global economy. Despite the body of research on the connection between SCM and organisational performance, it is salient to consider the specific effects of these strategies on a specific Middle Eastern company operating in the fiercely competitive food and beverage industry, namely Almarai Company. This empirical study provides important insights into how SCM methods can boost organisational performance, helping not only Almarai but also other businesses locally and internationally in comparable industries.
