The project addresses the need for innovative approaches to bridge the gap between technology and exercise motivation by developing an interactive and user-friendly tool that tracks health data and presents it in a visually compelling manner. This research investigates the motivational effects of activity tracking, goal-setting, challenges, and social media integration on user performance through a mixed-methods approach. The developed application incorporates these elements, enabling users to track activity data, share progress, set goals, participate in challenges, and receive rewards. The findings align with existing literature, confirming the motivational impact of these components on user engagement and performance in fitness-related activities. This project highlights the potential for technology to transform how people interact with and think about physical activity in an increasingly digital world.
