dc.description.abstractThis research paper aims to shed light on turnover and retention of Saudi Aramco’s employees as no previous researched found that addressed this issue. secondly the research aims to suggest how can the company increase it’s employees satisfactory levels to help find ways for the achievement of low turnover and high levels of retention which that ensures the smooth running of daily operations and efficiency to the company’s business.
