Abstract

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is undergoing a digital transformation, and all public services are being digitised. This includes the legal system, beginning with the Courts of First Instance. This research examines the perceptions of the professional users of these courts regarding digital services, and whether they make the management of the court system more Agile. The conclusion of the research is that the digital courts offer better access, better case control, and without the digitalisation, Agile management practices could not be put into action.
