Abstract
This report aims to provide a holistic understanding of diverse career development narratives, focusing on individuals' professional journeys shaped by a blend of career theories and personal experiences. The analysis delves into the career trajectories of all participants, emphasizing how their choices align with various career development theories and the overarching theme of adaptability in a dynamic professional landscape.The investigative strategy employed in this analysis primarily relies on qualitative interviews with individuals representing varied career paths. Open-ended questions (Appendix, 1), were utilized to elicit detailed responses, capturing nuanced insights into their career perspectives. Each interview aims to unravel the intricacies of their career choices, aspirations, and influences. The process involves applying established career development theories such as Super's Career Development Theory, Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT), Holland's Vocational Personality Theory, Protean Career Theory, Person-Environment Fit Theory, Kaleidoscope Career Model.
