dc.description.abstractThe letter discusses a case study on citizen participation in governance in Middle Eastern countries: analyzing the role of the Twitter platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through government ministries that share citizens' opinions and communicate with them effectively via the Twitter platform The thesis also discussed the effective and important role of Twitter in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the time of Covid-19 and how the Ministry of Health used Twitter to educate citizens and spread awareness in the community within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
