dc.descriptionExcel and Python will be used alongside with Jupyter Notebook to import the dataset. The libraries Numpy, Pandas, Scikitlearn and Matplotlib will be used for exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing. For visualising and forecasting, Tableau will be used with the best and latest visualisation techniques.
dc.description.abstractIn today's world, businesses that do not utilize data to evaluate the past, interpret the present and predict the future, their commercial strategies have become less effective. To enhance sales performance and better meet customer requirements, many businesses are adopting sales analyses and customer segmentation techniques for more understanding of customer behaviour and extract meaningful insights using business intelligence techniques. This project aims to explore data and transform it into interactive smart dashboards that can send significant messages to stakeholders, these messages will help them to improve their commercial performance and increase the profits. Furthermore, using this dashboard analysis, businesses can enhance their marketing strategies by predicting the future of a particular sector of commerce.
