ملخص الرسالة
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى جمع اختيارات الشيخ زيد المدخلي -رحمه الله- الفقهية من بداية كتاب الصلاة إلى نهاية أركان الصلاة، والوقوف على اختياراته في نطاق البحث وتحتوي خطة البحث على فصلين:
الفصل الأول: تناولت فيه حياة الشيخ الشخصية والعلمية.
والفصل الثاني: بحثت فيه اختيارات الشيخ الفقهية من أول كتاب الصلاة، إلى نهاية أركان الصلاة، وتتبعت في كتابة البحث المناهج الآتية: المنهج الاستقرائي التاريخي في عرض حياة الشيخ زيد المدخلي في الفصل الأول، المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي الاستدلالي في جمع الاختيارات والأقوال، ومناقشة الأدلة والترجيح.
والله أسأل أن يوفقني فيما أنا بصدده وأن يجعل عملي خالصًا لوجهه الكريم وينفع به.

Summary
This study aims to clarify the approach of Sheikh Zaid Al-Madkhali in him jurisprudential choices from the beginning of the Book of Prayer to the end of the pillars of prayer, and to identify his choices within the scope of the research. The research plan contains two chapters:
The first chapter: dealt with the life of Sheikh Zaid bin Hadi al-Madkhali personal and scholarly.
The second chapter: discusses the Sheikhs jurisprudential choices from the beginning of the Book of Prayer to the end of the pillars of prayer. In writing the research, I will follow the following approaches: The historical inductive approach in presenting the life of Sheikh Zaid Al-Madkhali in the first chapter. The inductive-deductive-deductive approach in collecting choices and statements, and discussing evidence and weighting.
