dc.description.abstract | The MBSR programme is both cost-efficient and effective in lowering psychological symptoms associated with breast cancer for 12 months following the intervention. According to the results of this research, women with breast cancer need psychological help to control their psychological symptoms and seek psychological treatment. Furthermore, mindfulness practices can improve results by assisting patients in focusing on the present moment and diverting them away from stress. | |
