DailyIn Capsule Hotel is a group of hotels in the UK that is based on the idea to cater to the need
of millions of students that visit the region in the search of getting an education. When students
from different countries enrol in British universities, many of these students require a place to
live at a cheap and affordable price. DailyIn will be providing hospitality services to the target
market, which are international students. As there is a high competition of the capsule hotel
business in the UK, it would be considered a success for the DailyIn Hotel if 5000 out of
hundreds and thousands of international students that come to the UK annually can be attracted
in the short term. The word DailyIn is chosen, keeping in mind the need of the customer to find
accommodation in the country. It establishes an image of the hotel that is specifically targeting
international students who require checking in accommodations. The price that is settled will be
from 8 to 20 pounds which is a fair amount for international students studying in the UK. Three
types of capsule services will be provided by DailyIn capsule hotels which are Economy capsule,
Gold capsule, and Platinum capsule. Quality and level of service will differ in these three classes
of capsules. Maintaining a sustainable environment for the students will be the core factor in
building an effective image so that business can grow through the word of mouth of its satisfied
