dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to determine the impact of preventive leadership on organizational attractiveness in government hospitals in Riyadh. The descriptive analytical approach was used and a questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of (322) individuals working in the following government hospitals (King Abdulaziz Medical City, King Saud Medical City, King Fahd Medical City, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital). The results showed a significant relationship between the dimensions of preventive leadership (vision, strategic planning, goal setting, communication, accountability) and the dimensions of organizational attractiveness.
