This project is centered on the production of a model feigning a smart monitoring solution which unlike operation modes can be organized by a mobile application and via the internet of things. To attain this result, a scale model that catches diverse signs, both computerized and simple, has been created. The methodology of the modal in a real-time monitoring application of the factors under examination and control are inside temperature and lighting, humidity. It will also be checking if they make it more secure with the help of a fingerprint reader. The model has two main communication modes. It plays out the estimation and executes the control of the factors, directing itself as indicated by the conditions to which it is uncovered. Conversely, the output data is attained using the mobile application that permits the user to monitor the variables and make some changes accordingly. To grab the signals, the prototype has the temperature, lighting and humidity. The center is an Arduino Mega board that permits the application task and receives from all these sensors and the information transmission from the board to the mobile application and over the web, correspondence through Bluetooth module (HC-05) and WIFI Module (ESP8266).
