dc.description.abstractThe client, PH Sports Coaching seeks guidance in redesigning new staff surveys that effectively address crucial aspects surrounding relationship building, career growth, manager effectiveness, employee engagement and communication within its organization as their current surveys omits to accurately reflect these practices. The primary objective is to develop surveys that provide actionable solutions into these areas, enabling PH Sports to assess and improve their work environment, management practices and overall employee satisfaction. We propose two new surveys: a biannual survey to frequently evaluate the components; and an annual survey to provide a comprehensive appraisal of the components. This aids PH Sports to monitor its progress, adjust its strategies, and analyze the overall impact of the implemented changes.
