Managing Catheter-associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTIs) overburdens health systems in both developed and developing countries alike, particularly for patients in intensive care units in terms of increasing the length of stay, and causes harm to the patient. Therefore, this extended review examines studies that suggest various nursing interventions to reduce CAUTIs in order to improve clinical care for ICU adult patients
