dc.description.abstractThis project focuses on addressing a few corporate management needs at Wolters Kluwer as it engages with other competitors in the highly competitive UK professional services industry. The study analyzes the need for improved customer loyalty and better NPS scores at Wolters Kluwer. The firm could increase its NPS score considering the large pool of clients drawn from the accounting and tax advising firms in the UK. The study explores how Wolters Kluwer could proactively embrace strategies to manage the highly competitive landscape of the industry. The study finds the need for a strategic approach to the prospects of improving the firm’s NPS, both in the present and the future. This report has been structured into eight sections, including the introduction, company description, project objectives, business environment, theoretical framework, methodology, findings, and recommendations.
