Abstract
The key lesson learned from the task is that leadership plays a critical role in the success of the
organization. Several challenges are faced by the Revolt but every problem potentially has a
solution. However, adopting the holistic approach and preparing an informed strategy enables
Revolt to deal with modern-era challenges. The report outlines how building the right team plays a
vital role in the successful accomplishment of objectives at Revolt along with developing the culture.
The organizational culture needs to be one that is inclusive and supports creativity. If Revolt wants
to be resilient and agile the firm is required to develop a culture that can revolve around the ebb
and respond to new data. This means, a leader at Revolt needs to have a good communication
strategy. In addition, Revolt can give the chance to employees or individuals to share their opinions
and suggestion in the process and operations of the company. This can motivate them to perform at
a high level and their feedback can inform business decisions.
AI improves business capabilities to Revolt and improve the decision making by data analytics. Additionally, this can save time by automating the overall decision-making process and overall routine working or tasks would be optimized along with an increase in the operational efficiencies and productivity. The decision made for the business would be based on hard data and could be more effective. With AI, Revolt can deal with the challenges like pandemic as well because every process and working is managed by the AI system itself and CEO or business leader just have to view the results finalize their decision immediately. This technology also provides them with better forecasts and this can be used to develop new strategies. Also, if AI is implemented properly then it can pull the actionable insights for Revolt and suggest the next tasks and actions. It needs to be integrated into the organisations so that it enables workers to do more and be more productive.
