Abstract

This study employed electrophysiological recordings to investigate the electrophysiological properties of neurons. Single-cell patch-clamp experiments were conducted to generate electrophysiological data, with current-clamp recordings providing insight into action potential generation frequency. Voltage-clamp recordings, on the other hand, were used to measure the frequency, amplitude, and kinetics of mini-inhibitory postsynaptic currents.
