Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعات في الأردن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) طالبًا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتاحة من طلبة الجامعات في الأردن، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة قام الباحثون باستخدام مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية المكون من خمسة عوامل (الانفتاح، ويقظة الضمير، والانبساطية، والمقبولية، والعصابية)، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا للعوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية في ضوء المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع، والمؤهل الأكاديمي)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ضوء متغير العمر، كما أن المقبولية تعزز من مدى التزام الموظفين بالتعليمات والأنظمة، بالإضافة إلى ميلهم لإرضاء الآخرين، وتجنبهم إهانة زملائهم أو التقليل من قدرهم. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، من أبرزها: ضرورة تنمية المقبولية لدى طلبة الجامعات لما لها من أثر في تعزيز التسامح، والعمل على تقديم مصالح الآخرين واحتياجاتهم على المصالح الشخصية لطلبة الجامعات. الكلمات المفتاحية: العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، طلبة الجامعات، الأردن.

The study aimed to identify the Big Five personality factors among university students in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (120) male and female students who were selected by the available method from university students in Jordan. To achieve the study objectives, the researchers used the Big Five personality factors scale consisting of five factors (openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, neuroticism). The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze the study data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the presence of statistically significant differences in the Big Five personality factors in light of demographic variables (gender, academic qualification), and the absence of statistically significant differences in light of the age variable. Acceptability enhances the extent of employees' commitment to instructions and regulations, in addition to their tendency to please others, and their avoidance of insulting or belittling colleagues. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: the necessity of developing acceptability among university students due to their tendency towards tolerance with others, and working to prioritize the interests and needs of others over the personal interests of university students
