فاعلية برنامج لخفض الاغتراب في تحسين الرفاه النفسي لدى الطلاب الموهوبين بالمرحلة الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية
Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلي معرفة فاعلية برنامج في خفض الاغتراب و تحسين الرفاه النفسي لدي الطلاب الموهوبين، وتكوَّنت عينة الدراسة من (10) طلاب موهوبين بالمرحلة الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية كمجموعة تجريبية واحدة، تراوحت أعمارهم من (15-17) عاماً. وتكوَّنت أدوات الدراسة من مقياس موهبة للقدرات العقلية المتعددة، مقياس الاغتراب النفسي(إعداد/ الباحث)، مقياس الرفاه النفسي(إعداد/ الباحث)، برنامج لخفض الاغتراب(إعداد/ الباحث)، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي لمقياس الاغتراب النفسي (93) بانحراف معياري (3.61)، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي لمقياس الرفاه النفسي (83.6) بانحراف معياري (4.1). وتوصلَّت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في كل من القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي في اتجاه القياس البعدي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في كل من القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الرفاه النفسي لصالح القياس البعدي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في كل من القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في كل من القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الرفاه النفسي.
The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a program in reducing alienation and improving the psychological well-being of gifted students. The study sample consisted of (10) gifted students in the secondary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as one experimental group, their ages ranged from (15-17) years. The study tools consisted of a Mawhibah scale for multiple mental abilities, a psychological alienation scale (prepared by the researcher), a psychological well-being scale (prepared by the researcher), a program to reduce alienation (prepared by the researcher), and the arithmetic mean of the psychological alienation scale was (93) with a standard deviation of (3.61). The arithmetic mean of the psychological well-being scale was (83.6) with a standard deviation of (4.1). The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group’s scores in both the pre- and post-measurements on the psychological alienation scale in the direction of the post-measurement, and that there were statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group’s scores in both the pre- and post-measurements on The psychological well-being scale is in favor of the post measurement, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group members in both the post and follow-up measurements on the psychological alienation scale, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group members in both the post and follow-up measurements.
