The complicated interactions between gender diversity on corporate boards and the decisions made regarding dividend policy are explored in this research. The study carefully examines a variety of topics, including the impact of female directors on dividend allocation, gender differences in risk tolerance and monitoring mechanisms, creative problem-solving dynamics, and the function of theoretical frameworks. It is grounded in a thorough literature review. The study takes a quantitative approach and uses a variety of regression analysis techniques, including Pooled OLS, Fixed Effects, and Random Effects models. These models carefully evaluate the relevance of key factors, examining the relationship between the proportion of women on boards and dividend policy outcomes. Additionally, the study incorporates robustness tests to guarantee the accuracy and coherence of findings when applied to various analytical trajectories. The study reveals complex linkages across a broad spectrum of regression models, shedding light on the subtle links between gender diversity on boards and the strategic development of corporate dividend policies. This thorough analysis enhances informed discussions in the areas of corporate governance and financial policy and deepens our understanding of how gender affects financial decisions. By doing this, it raises the conversation on gender diversity's complex effects on the corporate world. This study broadens our understanding of a variety of topics while also providing insightful information on the complex decision-making processes that influence the relationship between gender diversity and dividend policy.
