| dc.description | Abstract Title: The role of secondary school principals in preparing teachers and students to implement the pathways system Student Name: Ahlam Mohamed Ahmed Sheaani Supervision: Ahmad Ali Alhazmi The current study aimed to identify the reality of the role of secondary school principals in preparing both female teachers and students to implement the tracks system. To achieve this goal, the descriptive (analytical/survey) approach was used. The study population consisted of female teachers and students of the secondary school in the General Administration of Education in Jazan region. A questionnaire was used to measure the extent to which the school principal fulfilled her role in preparing and introducing the tracks system to both female teachers and students. Then, the obtained data was statistically processed, which showed that the degree of the reality of the role of secondary school principals in preparing female students to implement the tracks system from the teachers' own point of view was average, as the arithmetic mean for this degree was (3.43). There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the degree of reality of the role of secondary school principals in preparing students to apply the tracks system from the point of view of the teachers themselves, attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience. The degree of reality of the role of secondary school principals in preparing students to apply the tracks system from the point of view of the students themselves was average, as the arithmetic mean of this degree was (3.19). The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the necessity of training principals to increase their effectiveness and efficiency, and following up on teachers periodically to ensure that they are implementing the tasks assigned to them in light of the tracks system, and communicating continuously with students and identifying their problems with the tracks system and working to solve them. | |
| dc.description.abstract | مستخلص الدراسة عنوان الدراسة: دور مديرات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في تهيئة المعلمات والطالبات لتطبيق نظام المسارات إعداد: أحلام محمد شيعاني إشراف: د. أحمد بن علي الحازمي هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع دور مديرات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في تهيئة كل من المعلمات والطالبات لتطبيق نظام المسارات، وقد استخدم لتحقيق هذا الهدف المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي / المسحي)؛ وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمات وطالبات المرحلة الثانوية بالإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان. وتم استخدام استبانة لقياس مدى قيام مديرة المدرسة بدورها في التهيئة والتعريف بنظام المسارات لكل من المعلمات والطالبات، ثم بعد ذلك تم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات التي تم الحصول عليها، والتي أوضحت أن درجة واقع دور مديرات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في تهيئة الطالبات لتطبيق نظام المسارات من وجهة نظر المعلمات أنفسهن كانت متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لهذه الدرجة (3,43). وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) في درجة واقع دور مديرات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في تهيئة الطالبات لتطبيق نظام المسارات من وجهة نظر المعلمات أنفسهن تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل الدراسي وسنوات الخبرة ، كما أن درجة واقع دور مديرات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في تهيئة الطالبات لتطبيق نظام المسارات من وجهة نظر الطالبات أنفسهن كانت متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لهذه الدرجة (3,19) .وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهمها ضرورة تدريب المديرات لزيادة فعاليتهن وكفاءتهن، ومتابعة المعلمات بصورة دورية للتأكد من تنفيذهن للمهام المنوطة بهن في ضوء نظام المسارات، والتواصل بشكل مستمر مع الطالبات والتعرف على مشكلاتهن مع نظام المسارات والعمل على حلها. | |
