dc.description.abstract | Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have gained popularity in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the urban and industrial development sector. This research examines the critical success factors and challenges in PPP implementation, focusing on a Saudi Arabian organization. The study analyses interviews with seven senior personnel, revealing that strategy and people are key success factors, while organizational inertia and ineffective communication are challenges. The findings provide recommendations for decision-makers to effectively manage these factors and challenges to successfully complete PPP projects. | |
