Abstract
In this study the impact of artificial diet on cultured Tilapia (O. niloticus) was
investigated, bioassays oxidative stress, neurotoxicity, genotoxicity and
cytotoxicity were chosen using them, a multi-response approach in different tissues; gills, liver, brain and blood were utilized. Parameters included,
malondialdehyde (MDA), catalase activity (CAT), glutathione S-transferase
activity (GST), and reduced glutathione (GSH) levels were assessed as
oxidative stress endpoints.
