dc.description.abstractThis study aims to explore the impact on esports teams when their game changes and the methods of creative adaptability they have managed to develop; the study highlighted insights from the literature review and new interviews with seven participants from coaches and researchers; the study found significant reliance on data analysis, also discussed different training methods to deal with change, such deliberate practice, reflection, and feedback. The study identified the relationship between game fundamentals and creative approaches and revealed success factors for consistency, such as values, Environment, and motivation. Finally, the study highlighted the performance outcomes against changes based on dynamic fundamentals and creativity and suggested a workflow for esports teams to follow when dealing with change.
