Abstract The Vue-Motion website is used in the clinical environment to allow radiologists to share radiology-related data. King Saud Medical City (KSMC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) uses a training programme to ensure healthcare practitioners (HCPs) are able to derive the benefit of the system, Measuring the satisfaction of trainees is necessary to be able to determine how effective a programme is and how it can be improved. No previous studies have done this with Vue-Motion training. This study fills this research gap by measuring the satisfaction of Vue-Motion trainees in KSMC, identifying areas of concern in the programme, and making suggestions for improvement. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative design employing an 11-item online questionnaire whereby participants rate their agreement with statements on a 5-point Likert scale. The questions relate to training content, materials, instructor knowledge, and training methods. 401 participant HCPs completed the questionnaire, and the data was analysed using descriptive statistical analysis (univariate analysis) with SPSS (version 26). The data were tested for describing the status of participant satisfaction by finding the frequency and distribution of response for each statement, determining the central tendency of the data by calculating the mean values of the responses, and calculating the variance of the data by measuring the standard deviation. Data analysis revealed that the participants were generally satisfied with the training programme, but training design, training time, and instructor enthusiasm showed as areas for improvement. The programme developers should therefore employ a systematic approach to training i.e., perform a training needs analysis, design instructions, validate the training material, implement the training program, and evaluate the program. The data obtained in this study could be used as benchmarking for future evaluations. Keywords: Training, Vue-Motion, Satisfaction, KSMC, Radiology
