dc.description.abstractHas been studied microbial contamination and corruption of the samples of tomato fruits collected from a field and from markets in Al-Ahsa area in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia. All fresh samples studied were contaminated with bacteria, and moulds at levels between 10 (تربيع) and 10 (اس 5) cfu/cm (مربع) for aerobic mesophilic bacteria and between 10 (تربيع) and 10 (تكعيب) cfu/cm (مربع) for moulds.
