dc.description.abstract | Due to the growth of quantum technology field, the need for laser designs that power advanced networks operating at a 1550 nm wavelength. Tamm Surface Emitting Lasers (TammSEL) and they're distinct attributes that facilitate lower threshold pump power requirements and improved performance. The study will employs simulation and experimental methods to investigate the design properties. | |
