Claim Application Mobile App & Database

Abstract

This report details the process of the design and development of a mobile application and company database created in line with a local assurance company “Cleary’s Claims Managers”. The application allows for potential clients to instantly apply for an insurance “claim” via the application, modernising and digitalising an existing traditional business process for Cleary’s. Meanwhile, Cleary’s can visually track, monitor and attend to all of the new, existing or ongoing claim applications, keeping track of all their clients and claims in the one database.
